Project_1 MINIMA – model + concept sketches

This project evolved through the development of the building through its section rather than its plan.

Spaces are arranged on-top of or beside one-another instead of the more typical plan based composition of spaces being solely arranged side-by-side.

The result being a building of minimal plan area with narrow working width, a large sectional areas (greater height) and yet still maintaining a minimal internal volume.
